Airbnb is seeking a seasoned Payment Partnerships Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our global payout partner network across 200+ markets. You’ll manage top-tier financial partners, negotiate commercial terms, and align partners with Airbnb’s growth goals.

You will collaborate with Legal, Treasury, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Global Operations to optimize cross-border payouts, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and drive measurable business impact. Remote-friendly US role.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in payments/fintech, with 8+ years in partnerships or business development.
• Proven success owning commercial negotiations and multi-million dollar partnerships.
• Ability to craft and execute partner strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of global payment methods, cross-border payout solutions and cost structures.

• Define and evolve payout partner strategy with Payments, Product, Compliance and Finance teams.
• Identify partners in each market, structure deals, renegotiate relationships to optimize cost, reach and innovation.
• Drive global payout deal execution and shape contracts to meet Airbnb’s evolving needs.
• Own high-impact relationships with financial institutions and payment processors; manage executive engagement.
• Monitor partner performance, address gaps, and lead cross-functional efforts to improve terms.
• Support scaling of payout infrastructure and align partner decisions with regional needs and regulatory environments.
