Zusammenfassung

Airbnb is seeking an experienced Payment Partnerships Manager to drive the vision, execution, and ongoing performance of our payout partner network across 200+ markets. You will lead business development, deal negotiation, and strategic relationship management with financial institutions and payment processors.

Reporting to the Head of Payment Partnerships, you will shape contracts, expand global payout capabilities, and collaborate with Legal, Treasury, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Global

Qualifikationen

10+ years in payments/fintech with at least 8 years in partnerships or enterprise accounts.
Proven success in owning multi-million dollar commercial negotiations and partnerships.
Ability to craft and execute partner strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
Deep knowledge of global payments methods and cross-border payout solutions.

Aufgaben

Define payout partner strategy across markets in collaboration with Payments, Product, Compliance and Finance.
Lead negotiations and manage relationships with financial institutions and payment processors.
Drive global deal execution, contract structuring, and terms optimization.
Coordinate with Legal, Treasury, Risk, Product, Engineering and Global Operations.
