Responsibilities

• Lead and hire a small mixed team of FTEs and contractors; set priorities and scale the team.
• Own end-to-end GPP operations—onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, governance.
• Redefine the Sales Ops remit for GPP; BRD/SOP ownership; incentive and automation design.
• Program and incentive ops: execute partner tiering, segmentation, and rules of engagement.
• Cross-functional partnership with GPP Program Design, Partner Sales, Data and Systems Engineering, Enablement, Finance, and Legal.
• Launch readiness: drive execution for the Global Partner Program launch and migration of legacy partners to IPS.
