Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Partner/Channel Operations.
• 2+ years of people management or leading teams.
• Proven experience standing up an operations function from scratch.
• Comfort with BRD/SOP ownership and automation design.
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication at VP level

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead the Team: Hire, onboard, and manage a small mixed team; set priorities and scale as needed.
• Own GPP Operations End to End: Oversee onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance.
• Redefine the Sales Ops Remit for GPP: Transition execution from PMO; own BRD/SOP and automation design.
• Program & Incentive Ops: Manage tiering, segmentation, comp plans, and engagement rules.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Design, Sales, Data & Systems Eng, Enablement, Finance, and Legal.
• Launch Readiness: Drive execution of the GPP launch and migration of legacy partners.
