Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations to build and lead the team running the Global Partner Program (GPP) within the IPS platform. You will own onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance, aligning Sales, Systems, BRD, and SOP efforts.

You will hire and coach a small team, stand up the operating model, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Enablement, and Data. Prior SaaS/fintech experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Partner/Channel Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience, or leading teams/contractors.
• Experience standing up or scaling an operations function with processes, systems, and teams.
• Comfort owning technical/systems-adjacent scope (BRDs, PRM/CRM, automation) without being an engineer.
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline with multi-workstream cadence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management, with credibility to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and manage a small mixed team; set priorities and scale staffing as needed.
• Own end-to-end GPP operations: onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, support, incentives, governance.
• Redefine Sales Ops remit: BRD/SOP ownership, incentive and automation design, unified operating model.
• Oversee program and incentive ops: tiering, segmentation, comp plans, engagement rules.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Data, Systems Eng, Enablement, and Sales on cross-functional governance.
• Drive launch readiness and migrate legacy partners onto the new IPS platform.
