Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations, to build and lead a small team responsible for the Global Partner Program (GPP) day-to-day operations. You will manage onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, and incentives, and align with Systems, BRD, SOP ownership, and automation design.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Partner/Channel Operations.
• 2+ years of people management experience or leading teams/contractors.
• Experience standing up or scaling an operations function with process, systems, and a team.
• Comfort translating business needs into technical requirements without being an engineer.
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline with multi-workstream cadence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a small mixed team of FTEs and contractors; set priorities and coach for growth.
• Own end-to-end GPP operations including onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, and incentives.
• Redefine the Sales Ops remit for GPP; oversee BRD/SOP ownership and automation design.
• Program and incentive ops: manage tiering, segmentation, comp plans, and engagement rules.
• Collaborate with Partner Program Design, Sales, Data, Systems Engineering, Enablement, Finance, and Legal.
• Drive readiness for the Global Partner Program launch and migration of legacy partners.
