Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Partner Program Operations to lead the Global Partner Program (GPP) operations and onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance. You will hire and grow a small team and own the operating model that aligns Partner Program with Sales, Systems/Engineering, BRD and SOP ownership.

You will drive cross-functional partnerships across Design, Enablement, Finance and Legal, and oversee the transition of steady-state execution from PMO to this new team.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management or Partner/Channel Operations.
• 2+ years in people management or leading teams/contractor programs.
• Proven experience building/scaling an operations function from the ground up.
• Comfort owning technical/systems-adjacent scope without being an engineer.
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline with multi-workstream cadence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and manage a small mixed team of FTEs and contractors for GPP.
• Own end-to-end GPP operations including onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, and incentives.
• Redefine Sales Ops remit for GPP, BRD/SOP ownership, incentive/automation design.
• Oversee program and incentive operations, tiering, segmentation, and engagement rules.
• Represent operations with cross-functional partners in design, enablement, finance, and legal.
• Drive launch readiness and migration of legacy partners to the new platform.
