Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations to build and lead the team that runs the Global Partner Program (GPP), including onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance.

You will own the redefined Sales Ops remit for GPP, serving as the single interface into Systems/Engineering, BRD and SOP ownership, incentive and automation design, and the unified operating rhythm aligning Partner Program with Sales.

Qualifications

• Operations leadership: 7+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Program Mgmt, Partner/Channel Operations, or related field.
• People management: 2+ years leading teams or contractors.
• Zero-to-One Builder: proven experience standing up or scaling an ops function from the ground up—as process, systems, then team.
• Technical fluency: comfortable with BRDs, PRM/CRM platforms, automation without being an engineer.
• Program rigor: strong analytical and program-management discipline; multi-workstream cadence (WBR/QBR).
• Executive communication: ability to influence senior leaders and engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Build & lead the team: hire, onboard, coach, size the team per GPP scope.
• Own GPP operations end to end: onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, governance.
• Redefine the Sales Ops remit for GPP: BRD/SOP ownership, automation design (wholesale billing, PRM mechanics).
• Program & Incentive Ops: execute tiering, segmentation, comp plans, rules of engagement.
• Cross-functional partnership: work with GPP Program Design, Partner Sales, Data and Systems Eng., Enablement, Finance, Legal.
• Launch readiness: drive rollout of IPS and migration of legacy partners.
