Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations to build and lead the team running the Global Partner Program (GPP).

You will own onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance, while transitioning steady-state execution from PMO to this function. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Data, and IT, hire and coach a small team, and drive the IPS platform's ongoing operations and partner migrations.

Qualifications

7+ years in Sales Operations or Partner/Channel Ops.
2+ years of people management or leading teams.
Experience standing up or scaling an operations function from the ground up.
Comfort with BRDs, PRM/CRM platforms, and automation.

Responsibilities

Build, onboard, and lead a small team of FTEs and contractors.
Own end-to-end GPP operations, onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance.
Redefine the Sales Ops remit for GPP and ensure BRD/SOP ownership, incentive design, and automation.
Oversee partner tiering, segmentation, comp plans, and engagement rules.
Represent operations with cross-functional partners across Design, Sales, Data, Finance, and Legal.
Drive launch readiness and migration of legacy partners to IPS platform.
