• Own the outbound division and lead across all four daily domains: team coverage, performance management, daily rhythm, and culture.
• Forecast, manage headcount, and ensure 24/7 live coverage across time zones.
• Monitor KPIs, coach reps individually and in groups, and address underperformance directly.
