DoiT is hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead a global SDR team across North America and EMEA, focused on generating pipeline through outbound motion. You will architect our outbound engine, coach reps, and oversee KPI-driven performance across a distributed team.

Reporting to GTM leadership, you will build messaging foundations, refine prospecting processes, and align with Marketing on territory strategy while scaling rapidly in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development or sales leadership in SaaS or Cloud.
Proven success building an outbound motion from scratch.
Strong skills in crafting call scripts and persona-based messaging.

Responsibilities

Own pipeline goals for a global SDR team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
Develop and refine outbound prospecting standards, scripts, sequences, and multi-channel messaging.
Coach reps on ABM, multi-threading, and engaging executives within large accounts.
Lead training, 1:1s, and coaching to ensure messaging consistency across regions.
