411 Locals is seeking an elite Sales Manager to build, scale, and lead a high-velocity outbound sales team from scratch. This 100% remote, full-time role centers on GoHighLevel automation, SDR coaching, and a data-driven approach to SMB lead generation.

You will own the full outbound revenue strategy, recruit top talent across time zones, and maximize performance marketing with Meta advertising expertise. Competitive compensation includes a base of $50,000–$100,000 plus uncapped performance

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading B2B outbound teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to scale a new outbound division from zero to high volume.
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing, especially Meta ads.
• Strong sales operations and script optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, launch, and scale a high-volume outbound sales department.
• Recruit, onboard, and scale SDRs, BDRs, and closers across multiple time zones.
• Develop and own battle-tested cold-calling scripts and playbooks.
• Coach daily to lift close rates and optimize outbound metrics.
• Leverage CRM, dialers, and AI tools for outbound efficiency.
• Own P&L and revenue benchmarks for the outbound division.
