Job summary

DoiT is seeking a hands-on Sales Development Manager to lead and scale our outbound efforts from the US East Coast. You will coach, manage, and grow a global SDR team driving qualified pipeline with a heavy outbound motion.

You’ll craft messaging, develop multi-channel sequences, and partner with Sales and Marketing to align on territory plans. Remote-first culture with fast-paced startup mindset, global reach, and continual learning are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales Development or leadership in SaaS or Cloud environments.
• Proven success creating outbound motion from scratch rather than managing an existing one.
• Expert-level skills in crafting call scripts, objections, and persona-based messaging.
• Experience coaching reps on outbound prospecting and discovery.
• Strong operational mindset with hands-on experience in GTM tools (CRM, Outreach, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline goals for a global SDR team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Create and refine outbound prospecting standards including call scripts and email sequences.
• Coach multi-threading and ABM to map complex organizations and engage C-suite and VP stakeholders.
• Lead as a startup-minded leader, adapt strategies based on market feedback, embrace change.
• Run 1:1s, coaching sessions, and weekly training for messaging consistency.
• Monitor KPIs using CRM and sales tools to spot trends and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure message-market fit and territory planning.
• Participate in forecasting and QBRs with insights on BDR contributions to revenue.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new BDRs globally.
