Job summary

Orem is seeking a Sales Floor Manager (Outbound / Cold Calling) for a full-time remote role in the US market. You will own the sales floor, hire and coach cold callers, run daily rhythms, and convert activity into meetings and pipeline.

Bring 3+ years in outbound sales, 1-2+ years leading a calling team with quotas, and strong English for the US market. Experience with a dialer and CRM is preferred, along with a coaching mindset and resilience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outbound / B2B sales.
• 1-2+ years managing a calling team with proven quota attainment.
• Fluent, confident English for the US market.
• Experience with a dialer and a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of cold callers (SDRs).
• Run daily standups, live call monitoring, and weekly 1:1 call reviews.
• Own team KPIs: meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates.
• Manage the dialer and lead flow; keep pacing efficient and abandon rate low.
• Iterate scripts, objection handling, and the outbound playbook from data.
• Enforce calling compliance (TCPA, DNC, local calling hours).
