Job summary
Block, Inc. is seeking a senior operations leader to define and manage the global external workforce and partner strategy for seller onboarding.
Reporting to the Head of Global Onboarding Operations, this leader will own the operating model for third-party service providers, vendors, and BPO partners, ensuring scalable and responsible delivery. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, legal, and regional execution.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in operations, vendor management, or workforce strategy.
- Experience with third-party providers, BPOs, or outsourced service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of SLAs, governance, scorecards, and business reviews.
- Experience with build-vs-buy decisions and tradeoffs across quality, cost, speed.
- Financial/analytical skills including cost modeling and ROI analysis.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute global external workforce strategy for onboarding.
- Establish SLA frameworks, scorecards, and governance for partners.
- Oversee BPO and vendor onboarding operating model and escalation paths.
- Influence senior leaders and align investments with business needs.
- Develop leaders and foster accountability and seller-focused execution.
