Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant operations experience with a Master’s degree.
- 12+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the global onboarding operating cadence and reviews.
- Lead capacity planning and workforce modeling across delivery motions.
- Partner with Finance on budget inputs, forecasts, and ROI assessments.
- Drive process standardization and AI-enabled workflow adoption.
- Develop playbooks, training, and routines to scale onboarding.
