Block, Inc. is seeking an experienced operations leader to build the operating system for global seller onboarding. You will define metrics, cadence, and planning processes to scale onboarding with discipline across regions and delivery models.

The role partners with Onboarding Operations leaders and requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and the ability to turn complexity into actionable plans. Remote work is available in the US with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, 12+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience building operating cadences, dashboards, planning processes, KPI frameworks, and performance management routines.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with operational, financial, workforce, and performance data.
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, budget inputs, cost-to-serve analysis, or vendor spend analysis.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects independently while aligning with senior leaders.
• Strong process improvement mindset with experience standardizing workflows and driving measurable impact.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and recommendations.
• Experience in fintech, commerce, SaaS implementation, customer operations, field operations, or scaled services delivery preferred.
• Experience improving workflows and customer outcomes using AI.

Responsabilités

• Identify and implement a scalable onboarding operating cadence across regions.
• Develop KPI framework, reporting cadences, and cost-to-serve analyses.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Enablement, Analytics, and Operations to improve systems and processes.
• Lead AI-enabled workflows to improve time-to-value, quality, and efficiency across onboarding.
