Job summary

Block is seeking a senior operations leader to own US seller onboarding operations across first-party and vendor-supported delivery motions. The role reports to the Head of Global Onboarding Operations and aims to translate global strategy into US operating plans while driving activation, time-to-value, and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple teams, build scalable operating mechanisms, and influence senior stakeholders across a large, distributed market.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in technology, fintech, or SaaS environments.
Experience managing multiple teams with staffing, quality, cost, and performance responsibilities.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, including KPI management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-to-serve improvements.

Responsibilities

Own US onboarding execution across post-sale to go-live for multiple seller segments and channels.
Set objectives, staffing, and performance standards for US onboarding teams.
Improve activation, time-to-value, CSAT, SLA adherence, utilization, and cost-to-serve.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, and regional GTM teams.
