Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Lead Global Compensation Partner to shape and manage global compensation programs, including job architecture, salary structures, incentives, and equity. You will partner with HR and leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices across worldwide markets.

The role reports to the Global Head of Total Rewards and offers significant leadership exposure within a fast-growing technology organization.

Qualifications

8 years of progressive compensation experience, including global programs.
Expert in job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, and equity.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with data visualization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication for HR and leaders.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
Knowledge of equity administration (preferred).
Experience in high-growth technology environments (preferred).
Exposure to executive compensation (a plus).

Responsibilities

Conduct global market research and compensation analysis.
Design and maintain job evaluation frameworks and salary structures.
Analyze data and provide reports and recommendations to leadership.
Lead the annual compensation review cycle, budgets, merit increases, and bonuses.
Advise on new-hire compensation and equity refresh processes.
Collaborate on equity administration, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Drive change management and communication for new programs.
Maintain data integrity in HR systems.
Develop and deliver training on compensation philosophy and policies.
Monitor market trends to strengthen global compensation strategies.
Ensure compliance with FLSA, ERISA, and SOX.
