Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Lead Global Compensation Partner to design and implement competitive compensation programs worldwide, partnering with HR and business leaders to attract, retain, and motivate talent. You will provide expert guidance on all compensation aspects and report to the Global Head of Total Rewards.

You will lead market pricing, job evaluation, equity programs, and the annual compensation cycle, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and efficiencies across geographies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compensation, including global programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Design and maintain job evaluation, grading systems, and salary structures.
• Lead the annual compensation review, including budget allocation and merit increases.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on offer development and equity refresh processes.
• Ensure data integrity in HR systems and compliance with regulations.
