Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking a Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the design and governance of total rewards across multiple countries. You will drive compensation structures, incentive programs, and executive analyses, while partnering with Finance, Payroll, and HR leaders to align rewards with business goals.

In this role, you will oversee benefits programs, global mobility, and compliance, creating data-driven insights through dashboards and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive compensation and benefits experience.
• Global or multinational experience preferred.
• Experience with incentive plans, salary structures, and benefits vendor management.
• Experience with ADP and reporting platforms.
• Certifications such as CCP, CEBS, SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and governance of global compensation programs.
• Oversee annual salary review, merit increases, and bonus planning.
• Develop global salary structures and pay grades; ensure internal equity.
• Lead benefits strategy, renewals, vendor negotiations, and open enrollment.
• Produce executive-level reports; support budgeting and workforce planning.
