Job summary

Liquidity Services is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team and help shape global compensation programs, job architecture, and market benchmarking. You will own job families, conduct market pricing, manage annual survey submissions, and lead merit and bonus processes, collaborating with HR, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition.

The role requires extensive experience in compensation, analytics, and cross-functional partnership, with a remote-capable, multinational

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of broad-based compensation experience.
At least three years focused on job architecture, market pricing, and benchmarking.
Experience with major compensation survey providers (Radford, McLagan, Willis Towers Watson, Mercer).
Experience in multinational compensation programs (US, India, UK) preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and enhance global job architecture and related compensation structures.
Lead market benchmarking for roles across corporate, IT, sales, and warehouse operations.
Manage annual compensation survey participation and analysis.
Oversee merit and bonus processes and related communications.
