Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Director of Global Compensation to lead and modernize compensation for a geographically distributed US-based workforce. This remote role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and Legal teams.

The role focuses on salary structures, incentives, equity programs, benchmarking, and pay equity, with AI-enabled modeling and decision support for executives.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with a track record in global compensation across large tech organizations.
• Experience advising executives on pay programs, equity, and benchmarking.
• Hands-on with AI tools for compensation analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global compensation strategy including salary, incentives, and equity.
• Design annual cycles, reviews, promotions, and related programs.
• Ensure compliance with pay transparency and multi-country regulations.
• Build cost and impact models using AI and advanced analytics.
• Lead a lean global compensation team and partner with HR Tech.
• Support M&A workstreams and cross-functional initiatives.
