Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking a Global Rewards Partner for the Global Support Functions to lead compensation strategy, job architecture, and pay governance across software, data, legal, and finance roles. You will partner with HR and leaders, provide market intelligence, design incentive plans, advise on offers, and drive AI-assisted analytics while aligning with global guardrails.

This hybrid role requires 8+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree; travel up to 10% and a strong business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or in pursuit in HR, business, or related discipline.
8+ years of progressive compensation experience with architecture, market pricing, and pay structure design.
Proven track record advising senior business and HR leaders at executive level.
Strong quantitative and analytical capability with data-backed communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems (Workday, Excel, HRIS).
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to strengthen data analysis and decision making.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted senior rewards partner to HR partners, shaping reward solutions and ensuring governance.
Build phenotype expertise across employee populations and talent markets relevant to assigned functions.
Advise on reward implications of restructures, acquisitions, and key hires.
Interpret and apply compensation policy, pay structures, and global guardrails.
Lead market intelligence, benchmarking, and competitive analysis for specialized populations.
Advise on job architecture and evaluation to ensure consistent leveling within the global framework.
Advise on complex compensation offers including sign-on, promotions, and retention.
Support recognition and incentive plan application within the division.
Use AI tools to enhance compensation research, reporting, and presentations.
