Parexel seeks a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement, fully remote in the United States. You will lead sales operations processes, CRM governance, and a global enablement strategy across Inside Sales and MBD teams, partnering with marketing and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 6-8 years in sales operations, commercial enablement, or business development within CRO/life sciences.
• Designing and implementing sales operations processes and enablement programs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management and reporting.
• Experience with Highspot.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, and Pitchbook.
• Proficiency in MS Office/365 including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and continuously improve sales operations processes and CRM governance (Salesforce).
• Develop and execute a global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
• Lead development and execution of MBD Inside Sales outreach campaigns.
• Partner with Marketing to align events with sales support and pipeline goals.
• Analyze sales data using Power BI and Tableau to support leadership decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial operations and enablement needs across global teams.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Inside Sales and MBD members.
• Manage sales enablement platforms (Highspot) and engagement tools (Gong Engage).
