Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an Associate Business Development Executive to assist in account management, meeting documentation, and coordination of client activities. The role supports lead generation, research, and outreach across drug development companies.

Travel up to 40% is expected, with responsibilities including site visits, client meetings, and coordination of legal documentation. Base salary ranges with a potential annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Generation Manager in identifying new clinical business leads.
• Research drug development companies and update Salesforce records.
• Make outbound calls to CROs, medical device, animal health, and cell & gene therapy organizations.
• Attend client meetings and generate comprehensive meeting minutes within two days.
• Coordinate follow-ups and respond to inquiries via email/phone/trade shows.
• Assist with quarterly business review meetings and manage smaller accounts.
• Attend trade shows in a supportive capacity as needed.
• Coordinate PCI site visits and organize materials for presentations.
• Assist in submitting CDA or MSA documents to legal teams.
