Job summary

PCI is seeking an Associate Clinical Business Development Executive to support senior BD staff across multiple US sites, including Philadelphia and Boston-area locations. You will help manage accounts, prepare for QBRs, and document meeting outcomes.

The role requires research on drug development targets and effective outreach through calls and mailers, with significant travel. A strong admin mindset and proficiency with Salesforce are essential.

Qualifications

Experience with outbound calling to drug development companies and CROs.
Highly organized with ability to manage short to medium term projects.
Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Business Development Executives in management of accounts and preparation for Quarterly Business Review Meetings.
Take and distribute comprehensive meeting notes within two days of client meetings.
Support Lead Generation Manager in identifying global drug development targets and target contacts.
Research drug development companies and update information in Salesforce.com.
Attend client meetings (in person or by phone) and support trade shows as needed.
