Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an Associate Business Development Executive to assist executives in managing accounts, preparing Quarterly Business Review materials, and capturing detailed meeting notes. You will support lead generation across global targets, research pipelines, and coordinate outreach with territory teams.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to travel 40% or more to meet clients.

• Ability to learn PCI Clinical Services offerings.
• Excellent telephone manners and client contact skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage projects.
• Willingness to travel 40%+ and drive to client sites.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Experience with outbound calling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Executives in managing accounts and Quarterly Business Review preparation.
• Take and document meeting notes within two days of client meetings.
• Identify potential global drug development targets and assist in outreach.
• Conduct research on drug development companies and update Salesforce with data.
• Attend trade shows and client meetings as needed.
• Manage smaller, less complex accounts and support site visits.
• Support submission of legal documents (CDAs, MSAs) to client/legal teams.
