Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks an Associate Business Development Executive to assist in daily account management, lead generation, and client meeting support. You will conduct research on drug development targets, manage smaller accounts, and help prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews.

Key duties include updating Salesforce with client information, handling outbound calls to CROs and biotech firms, and coordinating site visits and legal documents.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn PCI Clinical Services offering and apply it to interactions with clients.
• Excellent telephone persona for client contact and professional communication.
• Motivated, positive, and self-driven with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage short to medium term projects independently and remotely.
• Willingness to travel and drive to client sites as needed.
• Experience using Salesforce.com and outbound calling to connect with target contacts.
• Interest in healthcare markets and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel for creating meeting notes and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Executives in daily account management and meeting prep.
• Support Lead Generation Manager in identifying global drug development targets.
• Research drug development companies and update information in Salesforce.
• Make outbound calls to CROs, medical device, animal health, and cell/gene therapy firms.
• Attend client meetings and generate comprehensive minutes within two days.
• Follow up on client requests and respond to inquiries via multiple channels.
• Help organize Quarterly Business Review meetings and manage smaller accounts.
• Attend trade shows in a supportive capacity and manage PCI site visits and meetings.
• Assist with submission of legal documents such as CDAs or MSAs to legal teams.
