Job summary

PCI is seeking an Associate Business Development Executive to support the global BD team in daily account management, lead generation, and research on drug development targets. You will help prepare Quarterly Business Review materials, capture meeting minutes, and assist with smaller client accounts from the Philadelphia area and other U.S.

locations. The role requires outbound calling experience, strong organization, and the ability to travel more than 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce.com and outbound calling.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel greater than 40% of the time.
• Ability to take comprehensive meeting notes and prepare summaries.

Responsibilities

• Assist BD Executives in daily account management.
• Research drug development companies and capture data in Salesforce.
• Attend client meetings and record detailed minutes within two days.
• Support quarterly business review meetings and manage smaller accounts.
• Coordinate site visits and prepare presentation materials.
