Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Executives in account management and QBR prep.
• Take comprehensive meeting notes and manage smaller client accounts.
• Support Lead Generation by researching targets and contacting prospects.
• Attend client meetings and document minutes within two days.
• Coordinate responses and follow-up requests from clients and PCI teams.
• Help manage site visits, meetings, and related presentation materials.
