• Ability to learn, understand and retain information regarding PCI Clinical Services offering.
• A great telephone personality for client contact.
• A motivated, positive and self-driven attitude.
• Highly organized, able to manage short to medium term projects.
• Ability to work independently from home when needed.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections.
• Interest in the healthcare market.
• Experience with SalesForce.com software.
• Experience with outbound calling to clients and partners.
• Ability to travel >40% of time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of accounts and prepare Quarterly Business Review materials.
• Take comprehensive meeting notes and support lead generation activities.
• Research drug development companies and update Salesforce records.
• Make outbound calls to CROs, medical device firms, and gene therapy groups.
• Attend client meetings and generate minutes within two days.
• Support PCI BD team with site visits, meetings, and presentation materials.
