The role requires travel >40%, strong organization, and the ability to work from home. Base salary ranges from $76,000 to $85,500 with eligibility for an annual performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

Assist Business Development Executives with account management and meeting notes.
Research drug development targets and update Salesforce records.
Make outbound calls to CROs, medical device, and gene therapy firms.
Attend client meetings and prepare comprehensive minutes within two days.
Support quarterly business review meetings and lead generation campaigns.
Manage smaller accounts and coordinate PCI site visits.
Assist with submission of CDAs or MSAs to legal teams.
