PCI Pharma Services seeks an Associate Business Development Executive to support BD Executives in daily account management, meeting minutes, and lead generation. You will also help identify global targets and manage smaller client accounts within a remote-capable, travel-heavy role.

• Excellent telephone communication.
• Motivated, positive and self-driven attitude.
• Highly organized; able to manage short to medium projects.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Problem-solving and objection handling.
• Interest in healthcare market.
• Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills.
• Experience using Salesforce.com software.
• Outbound calling experience.
• Willingness to travel >40%.

Responsibilities

• Assist BD Executives with account management and meeting notes.
• Support Lead Generation in identifying global targets.
• Research drug development companies and update Salesforce.
• Make outbound calls to drug development firms and CROs.
• Attend client meetings and document minutes within 2 days.
• Organize and support Quarterly Business Review meetings.
• Manage smaller, less complex accounts.
• Support PCI site visits and prepare materials.
• Facilitate submission of CDAs/MSAs to legal teams.
