Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital technology or related field.
• Five years of experience in social/digital marketing and strategic communications in media, non-profit, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with social justice and human rights causes and initiatives.
• Fluency in multiple social media platform management tools and trends.
• Excellent grasp of social media, web and email metrics and best practices (Sprout, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience engagement strategies grounded in audience insights, channel performance, and clear communications goals.
• Track and interpret audience behavior, feedback, and engagement across channels.
• Design and maintain reporting systems that measure reach, engagement, conversion, audience growth, message resonance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Exercise decision-making authority for routine audience engagement and reporting within approved strategies and budgets.
• Guide country teams in developing audience-informed communications approaches reflecting the Ipas brand.
