Ipas seeks an Audience Insights and Engagement Advisor to strengthen engagement across communications channels. The role uses audience insights, measurement and performance data to inform content and campaigns, collaborating with country teams and Communications and Development to meet organizational goals.

The position supports design of audience-informed strategies, monitors trends and regulations, and develops clear reporting for leadership, aiming to raise awareness and deepen supporter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital technology or related field.
• Five years of experience in social/digital marketing and strategic communications in media, non- profit, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with social justice and human rights causes and initiatives.
• Fluency in multiple social media platform management tools and trends.
• Excellent grasp of social media, web and email metrics and best practices (Sprout, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement audience engagement strategies grounded in audience insights, channel performance, and clear goals.
• Track and interpret audience behavior, feedback, and engagement across channels.
• Design and maintain reporting systems that measure reach, engagement, conversion, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.
• Exercise decision-making authority for routine audience engagement, channel optimization, and performance reporting decisions.
• Guide country teams in developing audience-informed communications approaches reflecting the Ipas brand.
