Ipas seeks an Audience Insights and Engagement Advisor to strengthen engagement across communications channels, using audience insights, measurement, and performance data. This role collaborates with Communications, Development, country teams, and other colleagues to design audience-informed strategies, campaigns with measurable objectives, and learning plans.

The position emphasizes analytics-driven content and campaigns to raise awareness and deepen supporter engagement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications, digital tech, or related field.
• Five years of experience in social/digital marketing and strategic communications.
• Familiarity with social justice and human rights causes.
• Fluency in social media platform management tools and trends.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Develop audience engagement strategies grounded in insights and channel performance.
• Track audience behavior and engagement across channels and report findings.
• Design and maintain reporting systems to measure reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Exercise decision-making authority for routine engagement and reporting within approved strategies.
