Job summary

Ipas is seeking an Audience Insights and Engagement Advisor to strengthen engagement across communications channels, including digital platforms and campaigns. You will analyze audience needs and performance data, translate findings into actionable strategies, and partner with country teams to align messaging with brand and goals.

Responsibilities include designing audience-informed strategies, tracking engagement, and producing clear metrics for leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Five years of experience in social/digital marketing and strategic communications in media, non-profit, or agency environment.
Familiarity with social justice and human rights causes.
Fluency in multiple social media platform management tools and trends.
Excellent grasp of social media, web and email metrics (Sprout, Google Analytics, etc.)

Responsibilities

Develop audience engagement strategies using insights, channel performance, and goals.
Track audience behavior across social, email, web, campaigns, events, and publications.
Design and maintain reporting systems for reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Exercise decision-making for routine engagement, channel optimization, and reporting within budgets.
Guide country teams in audience-informed communications reflecting Ipas branding.
Collaborate with Communications and fundraising to design campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Implement engagement approaches across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
Present metrics for CEO Dashboard and other reporting needs.
Support network communications with audience insights and knowledge sharing.
