Job summary

Ipas seeks an Audience Insights and Engagement Advisor. This remote-based role uses audience insights, measurement, and performance data to strengthen engagement across Ipas’s communications channels, including digital platforms, email, campaigns, publications, events, and other audience-facing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital technology or related field.
• Five years of experience in social/digital marketing and strategic communications in media, non-profit, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with social justice and human rights causes and initiatives.
• Fluency in multiple social media platform management tools and trends.
• Excellent grasp of social media, web and email metrics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience engagement strategies grounded in insights and channel performance.
• Track audience behavior across social media, email, web, publications, campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
• Design and maintain reporting systems that measure reach, engagement, conversion, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.
• Exercise decision-making authority for routine audience engagement and performance reporting within approved strategies and budgets.
• Collaborate with country teams to develop audience-informed communications approaches aligned with Ipas brand.
• Work with Communications and fundraising teams to design campaigns with defined objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Implement and optimize engagement approaches across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
