Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital technology or related field.
• Five years of experience in social/digital marketing and strategic communications in media, non-profit, or agency environments.
• Familiarity with social justice and human rights causes and initiatives.
• Fluency in social media platform management tools and trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience engagement strategies grounded in insights and channel performance.
• Track and interpret audience behavior across social media, email, web, and campaigns.
• Design reporting systems to measure reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Communications and fundraising teams on campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Present clear metrics for CEO Dashboard and internal reporting needs.
