Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital technology or related field.
• Five years of experience in social/digital marketing and strategic communications in non-profit or agency.
• Familiarity with social justice and human rights causes.
• Fluency in multiple social media platform management tools and trends.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience engagement strategies grounded in insights and channel performance.
• Track and interpret audience behavior across channels.
• Design and maintain reporting systems for reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Communications and fundraising teams to design campaigns with measurable objectives.
• Present clear metrics for CEO Dashboard and internal reports.
