Job summary

Jobgether partnered with a global employer to hire a Global Accounting Operations Specialist based in the United States. The role centers on cash applications, AR accuracy, multi-entity finance processes, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote, globally distributed environment.

You will review expense reports in Concur, assist with month-end close, and support reconciliations, ERP data integrity, and internal controls. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related function; multinational/multi-entity experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Review employee expense reports submitted through Concur for proper coding and compliance.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to cash and accounts receivable.
• Support review of sales orders from Salesforce to NetSuite and resolve errors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate cash application and sales order review processes.
• Maintain clear process documentation and backup procedures; support finance system implementations and integrations.
