Jobgether is partnering with a global company seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist based in the United States. The role focuses on cash applications, AR, expense reviews in Concur, and supporting month-end close across entities.

You’ll work with Salesforce and NetSuite, improve processes, and contribute to automation efforts in a multinational finance team. Remote work is available within the United States.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of AR, cash application, or related experience in a multinational or multi-entity environment.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Review expense reports submitted through Concur for accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to month-end close, reconciliations, and audit requests.
• Review Salesforce-to-NetSuite sales orders to prevent billing or revenue issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and reporting processes.
