Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2-4 years' experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or related functions in a multinational/multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Global cash application and AR across multiple entities, currencies, and banks; resolve discrepancies.
• Review employee expense reports in Concur for proper coding and policy compliance.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries; assist audits.
• Review sales orders from Salesforce to NetSuite and resolve issues before billing.
