Jobgether currently partners with a firm seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist based in the United States. This remote role focuses on cash applications and accounts receivable across multiple entities and currencies, with exposure to expense management, AP, and month-end close.

The ideal candidate will manage reconciliations, support process improvements, and help standardize global accounting operations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred; 2–4 years in AR, cash application, or related function.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems; Salesforce and Concur are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Review employee expense reports in Concur for coding, approvals, and policy compliance; resolve exceptions.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and internal/external audit requests.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders; identify errors to prevent downstream issues; assist AP and other workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and order review processes; document procedures.
