Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a client, seeks a Global Accounting Operations Specialist based in the United States. You will manage cash applications across entities and currencies, investigate discrepancies, and support AR processes while contributing to month-end closings.

This remote role offers exposure to expense management, AP, sales order reviews, and documentation improvements in a globally distributed finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.
• 2-4 years in AR, cash application, or related finance roles.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments preferred.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Review expense reports in Concur for coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Assist month-end close with reconciliations, journals, and audit requests.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders to ensure accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and order review processes.
