Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related function required.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts; reconcile with invoices.
• Review expense reports submitted through Concur for coding and policy compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to cash and AR; assist with reconciliations and audits.
• Review Salesforce-to-NetSuite sales orders to prevent errors affecting billing or revenue recognition.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and sales order processes; maintain process documentation and backups.
