Jobgether seeks a Global Accounting Operations Specialist on a remote basis for US candidates. You will manage cash applications across entities and currencies, investigate discrepancies, and support accounts receivable and closing activities in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities include expense review in Concur, Salesforce-to-NetSuite order reviews, and process-improvement initiatives. Strong Excel, ERP and collaboration skills are essential to maintain accurate records and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash-application, or related experience.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments is a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and controls.
• ERP experience with NetSuite; CRM familiarity a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Investigate unapplied cash and resolve discrepancies with AR, Treasury, and accounting teams.
• Review employee expenses in Concur for coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and reconciliations.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders and resolve errors before billing.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and order review processes.
• Maintain process documentation and backup procedures; support system integrations.
