Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to join a remote US-based finance team. The role covers cash applications, accounts receivable, expense management, and month-end activities across multiple entities and currencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related function; multinational or multi-entity experience is a plus.
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP is strongly preferred; Salesforce CRM familiarity is an advantage; Concur or similar expense tools are beneficial.
• Strong Excel skills, analytical judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
• High accuracy, strong organization, and ability to prioritize during month-end closings.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global finance organization.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Review employee expense reports submitted through Concur to verify coding, documentation, and approvals.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to cash and accounts receivable.
• Support review of Salesforce-to-NetSuite sales orders and resolve errors before billing or revenue recognition.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and sales order review processes.
• Maintain clear process documentation and assist with system implementations across global entities.
