Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a global firm, seeks a Global Accounting Operations Specialist based in the United States to support AR, cash applications, and related finance processes.

You will manage multi-entity, multi-currency cash postings, review expenses in Concur, assist month-end close, and help standardize accounting operations across international entities. This remote role offers autonomy, growth, and a collaborative global finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related function.
• Multinational or multi-entity environment experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Review expense reports submitted through Concur to verify coding, approval workflows, and policy compliance.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to cash and accounts receivable.
• Review sales orders flowing from Salesforce to NetSuite and resolve errors before billing/revenue recognition.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate cash application and sales order review processes and document procedures.
